NPFL Club Secretaries Applaud NFF, LMC Over Successful 2021 General Assembly

On behalf of the Nigeria Professional Football Club Secretaries Forum we we applaud the tripartite stakeholders of League Football in Nigeria, The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), The League Management Company (LMC) and The Club Owners Association for the success recorded in the Annual General Assembly which took place in Abuja on Wednesday December 7, 2021.

As critical stakeholders that stand for the good of the NPFL, we commend the far reaching resolutions of The General Assembly, top among them which are the confirmation of December 17, 2021 kickoff date for NPFL 2020/2021 that was proposed by the LMC and the ratification of Mr Davidson Owumi as The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of League.

Worthy of commendation also is the marketing efforts been made by the LMC to create revenue streams for the league as made known during the AGA as efforts are also been made to improve the live streaming of NPFL games which production quality has been very high, also key among the decisions reached is the determination to meet up with the international football calendar come 2022/2023.

We hereby congratulate the Nigeria Football Federation, The League Management Company and the Club Owners Association for the wonderful milestone covered in the 2021 Annual General Assembly and hoped for an improved and innovative 2021/2022 NPFL.
