The first game of the TCC Cup second edition saw its first victory come from Valiant FC after a blistering first that saw all three goals scored in it as Valiant FC ran away 2-1 winners against Dino SC ahead of the next group game.
Vice-captain of the side, Agboola Ifeoluwa was named nan of the man after a fantastic display that helped his side lay hold to the three points and the lad was quick to praise his teammates for the performance as well and appreciate his coaches for the support.
“The game was fantastic. I loved the game, the spirit, and the ginger of my teammates. They have won this MOTM award for me, I did not do it myself,” Ifeoluwa told Sports247.
“I would also like to use the opportunity to thank my coach for the encouragement and support all through the training,” he added.
