The Nigerian Nationwide League One board recently announced the date for the kick-off of the annual Super 8 championship to determine the overall winner of the 2021 season amongst the eight teams promoted to the NNL.
In a letter from the NLO board to the Football Associations of the eight qualified teams, the board sent her compliments to the clubs as well as announced the date and venue for the competition.
Ijebu United FC, Destiny Boys FC, Campos FC, JM Liberty FC, Udala FC, Osasolo Int’l FC, Doma United, and JNR Danburan FC make up the eight teams who will face off in the super eight taking place between 17th and 22nd October 2021 at the Remo Stars Stadium, Ikenne, Ogun State.
The NLO board believes it will help the clubs prepare for participation in the higher cadre of football and permitted the clubs the opportunity of registering 5 new players for the championship.
