Former Super Eagles striker, Emmanuel Emenike has ruled out the possibility of him taking a deal with any club in China, as he says he prefers playing in central Europe.
Although he appears in the twilight of his career and is only recently back from a ling bout with injury, Emenike told sports247.ng that he has bright prospects in 2019, and ruled out a move to China.
Emenike disclosed that he has already turned down offers from clubs in the Far East, having also snubbed such opportunities in the past and he does not think of going back on that stand.
However, while stressing that moving to China is not on his mind, Emenike said he would consider the best interest of his family before taking a final decision, as he looks at the offers available.
Emenike concluded: “I’m very close to making a decision on my next destination but I can’t just go anywhere now; I have a family and my decision must be in their best interests too.”
