Ahead of the kick of the NNL Super 8 in Enugu, Coach of Remo Stars FC, Daniel Ogunmodede has expressed excitement towards the commencement of the promotion battle.
Remo Stars FC were the early birds having arrived Thursday 2nd September,2021 and the first to familiarize with the serene environment of the coal city State.
The NNL Super 8 is set to commence on Tuesday in Enugu, as all matches are scheduled to be played at the Nnamdi Azikwe Stadium, from 7th September, up till the 11th of September 2021, comprising of eight (8) teams battling it out to see who picked up the NPFL tickets
In a brief chat with Sports 247, Remo Stars head coach, Dan Ogunmodede has stated that the NNL Super8 is an opportunity him and his team has been craving for so long,
“It’s a moment we have been craving for and I think everyone is ready to take the opportunity as it has come now. It’s a young team of young boys that are willing to take the chance given to them and we are not going to take anything for granted”.
“We realized that opportunity comes but once. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity, so we are prepared for this”, he stated.
