Another weekend, another match day action in the Fusion Football Championship as two games were played on Saturday with only one victory recorded.
In the first pick of the bunch, Team 360 were held back to a draw by Goshen Stars FC in a very tightly contested game with two goals in the first half.
Prince Ndubisi opened the scoring for Team 360 after 28 minutes and just when they were heading into halftime with the lead, Jimoh Anjorin pulled the stars level into the break and ultimately got what was the last goal of the game as it ended 1-1.
Elsewhere, FC Bethel Int’l ran out 1-0 winners over The Charlessan FC courtesy of another 28-minute strike by M.Habibu, and the game continued with a flurry of chances here and there but no goals scored.
Both enterprising games were witnessed by Alhaji Gafar, founder of Lagos State FA Cup side, 36 Lions FC who is one of the top administrators of football in Lagos State and Nigeria by extension.
