Ika All Stars on Saturday Elected its Board Members to guide the Club Activities. Dr Henry Oshinloyah was Elected the Club’s President while Mr Beye Kingsley was elected Vice President.
The Election was coordinated by Mr Christian Eze Nduka with over 38 members of the Ika All Stars in Attendance.
Conveyer of the Ika All Stars Hon Lucky Sunday Nkeki was unanimously Appointed the Team Manager.
Others elected are Benjamin Adeyemi as Secretary General, Okafor Austin as Treasurer, Innocent Cheche as Financial Secretary while Franklyn Ojebor emerged as Welfare officer.
The Duo of Leoben Osamah and Dr Ken Gadaffi were elected Media Officers as Coach Donald Ngbin made the Chief Coach.
Media Officer of the Ika All Stars Dr Ken Gadaffi told sports247.ng that the Ika All stars was formed as a way to bring together lka borns to promote healthy livestyle amongst older players.
“We are using Football to unite the Ikas and promote a healthy lifestyle” he stated
“The Club is open to all who are 40 and above, its a forum not just to meet and play football on weekends but also to socialize and interact with others” the Erudite Sports Administrator noted.
“We train every Saturday and public Holidays at igumbor Otiku Secondary school from 7am-9am” Dr Gadaffi enthused.
