Head coach of Ablaze Football Academy, Razak Isiaka has slammed his players for their poor performance against Prince Kazeem Eletu Football Academy in a friendly match played early today at Campos Sports Centre, Lagos Island.
Prince Kazeem Eletu Academy defeated Ablaze Academy 4-2 in a friendly match watched by few football fans.
While reacting to the defeat, Isiaka said his team lost scandalously to his opponents because his players played out of instructions. He said what he told his players before the match was not carried out which cost them an embarrassing defeat.
“ We lost this match due to our carelessness on the part of my players. What I told them was not what they did on the field of play. Prince Kazeem Eletu Academy are not fantastic but we gave them the victory because my players played out of instructions,” he said.
In his own comment, the coach of Prince Kazeem Eletu Academy, Oluwadamilola Idowu said the match was tough and commended his players for their good performances in their last two friendly matches played recently. He said the development of the players really excited him and urged the players not to rest on their oars.
Yusuf Eletu scored two goals while Obasi Jude and Raymond Obuh were on the scorer sheet to continue on their beaten run.
