Nigeria Football Federation’s head of women football, Hajia Aminat Daura has lauded the Super Falcons team saying “the sky is their limit.”
Nigeria’s senior female national team landed in Texas for a 4 nation Summer Series which they were invited for.
Talking about the chances of the team against women’s football super powerhouse, United States, Daura said “if the team can win the Turkey tournament without playing together for a year, then they can do it here (Texas) too.”
The NFF official said the team has “the zeal to succeed and the quality of the team is great.”
She assured Nigerian football fans that the team will do its best in the Summer Series tournament.
The Super Falcons will be up against Jamaica, Portugal, and United States at the tournament.
