Lobi Stars Football Club Secretary Emmanuel Terzungwe Chugh was voted in as secretary by the Congress of The NPFL Club Secretaries in the Annual General Meeting of the Forum which took place in Aba from 6th-8th April 2021.
The overwhelming choice of Mr. Chugh who is the Secretary of Lobi Stars FC goes to demonstrate the competence and capacity of the management and staff appointed by Governor Samuel Ortom into Lobi Stars.
By this election, Mr. Chugh becomes the third on the growing list from Lobi Stars to be voted into a similar forum as The Media officer of the Club Mr. Austin Tyowua has been the vice President of NPFL Clubs Media Officers Forum as well as The Kit Manager of Lobi Stars Mr. Gudogo Terkimbir as Secretary NPFL Clubs Kit Managers Forum.
Mr Emmanuel Terzungwe Chugh who was favored for the position before the election as a result of an earlier test as Secretary of the Forum’s Constitution Drafting Committee as well as Secretary of the Planning Committee for the AGM, delivered on all his responsibilities with excellence, a strong reason his colleagues found him worthy returning him unopposed.
An elated Vice Chairman of Lobi Stars Mr. Emmanuel Tama sent in a message of congratulations to Mr. Chugh and urges him to justify the confidence reposed in him by his colleagues in the NPFL Club Secretaries Forum and also wishes him success in the discharge of his duties as Secretary of The Forum.
