Prince Kazeem Eletu Football Club are still continuing on their superlative form following a 3-2 win over Utility Sports FC in a friendly match played at Agege Stadium yesterday.
Although the match was not easy for Prince Kazeem Eletu FC as their opponents gave them a good fight throughout the encounter.
Peter Onuoha opened the goal account through a penalty kick in the 22nd minutes before Wisdom Hyginus canceled the goal deficit in the 28th minutes.
The encounter lived up to expectations s both teams missed scoring chances in the encounter. The effort of Utility Sport was rewarded when Hyginus fired a shot to make it a second goal for his team before halftime ended.
The early second was a totally different ball game as Coach Gilles Hugon made a tactical change which helped Prince Kazeem Eletu FC to get the equalizer through Daniel Mbonu in the 52nd minutes,
Sulaimon Lawal who played throughout the encounter converted a penalty kick in the 73rd minutes after Utility Sports FC defender fouled their opponents inside the box.
Coach Hugon who expressed satisfaction with the outcome of the match said he won the game because he made some changes in the second half and the players played to instruction which gave them victory.
But Utility Sports coach, Sunday Ilevbare said his players lost concentration in the second half which cost them defeat. He commended both teams for their performance but congratulated Prince Kazeem Eletu for a good job well done.
President of Utility Sport, Lawal Abiodun said it was a good game but frowned with the officiating. He said both teams played well and congratulated his boys despite defeat for living up to expectations.
