In compliance with the directives of the national leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Minister for Youth and Sports Development, Honourable Sunday Dare on Friday has revalidated his membership as a member of the ruling APC.
Sunday Dare arrived at his polling unit in Oke Aanu, Taraa Ward 10, Ogbomoso North local government area, Ogbomoso, Oyo State, and revalidated his membership at 10:30 am.
The Sports Minister who was accompanied by political bigwigs in Ogbomosoland said it was very important for him and every citizen of Nigeria to join the progressive’s train by becoming a card-carrying member of the party.
He said” The registration and revalidation of members are crucial and essential. The membership drive is important in a game of numbers, our target is high and in Oyo State, we are going to deliver.
“We want to return this state back to the path of progressive politics and development,” he added.
He explained further that the membership of the party opens many doors of opportunities.
Hon Dare, therefore, urged all members of the APC in Oyo, to revalidate their membership and new members too should register at their various polling units.
