Watford chairman and CEO, Scott Duxbury has admitted that everyone at the English Premier League club is excited that they have sealed a new deal with Super Eagles striker, Isaac Success, sports247.ng reports.
Duxbury said he was happy to announce a long term contract extension for Success with the club, as he on Thursday signed a deal that will keep him at Vicarage Road until the end of the 2022-2023 season.
Watford’s top shots were thrilled after the striker put pen to paper on a new five-year contract with the 22–year-old striker, who has also played for BJ Foundation of Benin City, Udinese of Italy and Granada of Spain.
Success, who has four Eagles’ caps since his debut against Senegal in an international friendly in London in March 2017, has 35 appearances and four goals for Watford since joining from Granada in July 2016.
Duxbury said: ”This is a just reward for Isaac’s continued hard work and application this season. We look forward to seeing him develop further over the coming years.”
