After bagging the first three points of the season, head coach of MFM, Tony Boulus has declared that his plans against Warri Wolves worked perfectly.
The Olukoya Boys bagged their first win over the Seasiders as 4 previous attempts ended in draws and losses.
Goals from Odeyemi Ebenezer and Muyiwa Balogun in the first 25 minutes gave MFM control of the game.
Speaking at the post-match interview, Boulus said it was our plan a d it worked perfectly.
“The thing is this, it was our plan. In the first twenty minutes, we took the game to them, score early. We got what we wanted and the plan worked out well.”
The Olukoya Boys will gather this as momentum heading into week 2 of the 2020/21 season as they hit the road for the first time this season.
