The final and third-place matches of the Plateau State Women Football League will be concluded on Thursday at the Rwang Pam Stadium in Jos.
The Plateau State Football Association through the Women Football Committee is calling on the supporters of women football and the entire populace of Plateau State, to come out en mass to support the closing ceremony of the 2020 women football tournament.
The FA Chairman, Sunday Longbap, Plateau Women Football Committee Chairman Larry Gowon, and other committee members expressed their joy and excitement over the success of the competition with a resounding promise of staging a better and more comprehensive competition next year.
The final match will see Tin City Queens of Jos slug it out with Gotas United Price of Mangu for the coveted price at 3:00pm, while Mees Palace Lynx will clash against Pankshin United FC at 1:00 pm at the main bowl of the Rwang Pam Stadium Jos on Thursday.
The Nigeria Football Federation big Wiggs and Special Guest of honour to grace the event include, NFF Vice President-Seyi Akinwumi, Chairman Technical Committee- Ahmed Yusuf fresh, Chairman Nigeria women Football league-Aisha folade, Chairman Nigeria Referee Council-Sherif Inuwa, Women Affairs Minister-Pauline Tallen, Professor Nora Daduut and Director/Secretary to Nigeria, Al-Hassan Yakmut among others.
