Legend Cup 2020: Egbo Victor Wants To Play In Europe Spurred By The Golden Gloves Award

Box2Box goalkeeper Egbo Victor has said that he dreams of playing in Europe, following his outstanding performance to help his team lift the 2020 Legend Cup tournament

Box2box Fc thrashed Bethel Fc 3-0 at the final of the Legend Cup tournament and their goalkeeper who conceded just a single goal in the whole tournament was named the best Goalkeeper in the competition.

In an exclusive interview with Sports247, after helping his team lift the 2020 Legend Cup, the outstanding Shotstopper expressed his happiness towards being the best goalkeeper in the tournament,

“I want to say a very big thank you to my teammates, I know it’s not by power, but by the Grace of God, for having the clean sheets for 5 straight matches, I believe it’s not by my power but by the Grace of God go be the best goalkeeper and having this clean sheets”.

I really wish to play at the top, not just here, to get more awards like this. I dream to play Abroad, I have always wanted to play in abroad, it has always been a dream for me to play abroad. I wish to get there and by the Grace of God, my aim to play in Europe will be granted to me, by God Grace. I have always wanted to play in Europe and me playing in Europe will be a big privilege to not just me, my teammates, my profile, the family will be so excited”. he concluded.

Box2box Fc Coach, Randy Reuben also won the best Coach of the tournament for the outstanding performance of his team in the competition.
