Fulham FC and Super Eagles defender, Ola Aina has won the Premier League goal of the month for November.
Aina’s spectacular strike against West Brom on November 2 received the highest votes. He edges out competition from Ward-Prowse, Danny Ings, Jamie Vardy, Ebere Eze, Solly March, Riyad Mahrez, and Raphinha to win the award.
“It was a good strike!” Aina said of his goal. “It came on to my left and I just felt comfortable to strike it as hard as I could.
“It was good for the team. It lifted our spirits and we’ll try to build on that.”
The former Chelsea player becomes the third Fulham player and first-ever Nigerian to win the Budweiser Goal of the Month Award.
