Super Eagles Goalkeeper Maduka Okoye has received a good luck message from his Dutch Club side Sparta Rotterdam ahead of the AFCON 2021 qualifier against the Leone Stars of Sierra Leone.
Maduka Okoye has been key for the Dutch Eredivisie side after joining them from German Club Fortuna Dusserdolf. Okoye has now become the first choice Goalkeeper for his club side in the last few games after being a reserved goalkeeper earlier this season.
Sparta Rotterdam sent the Goodwill message through the club’s social media handle.
“???? Good luck at the Super Eagles, Okoye Maduka” they wrote.
Maduka Okoye was in goal for the Super Eagles when they played against the Desert Foxes of Algeria and the Carthage Eagles of Tunisia in the last international friendly matches, conceding two goals after both matches.
