Rivers United FC head coach, Stanley Eguma was impressed with the performance of his team in a 1-0 victory against Ottasolo FC of Lagos during the Governor Wike Preseason Tournament in Rivers State.
The game ended 1-0 in favour of the homers through a penalty that was awarded by the referee.
In the Coach’s reaction, he said he was satisfied with his boys’ performance though it is still a work in progress and he hopes that this competition will assist him to build a more formidable team before the CAFCC and the NPFL league opener against Rangers International.
