Rotary Club of Ikeja-Alausa today, September 29 2020 announced their winners of the Online Essay Competition which started on the 15th September 2020, borne out of the international rotary calendar year with September set out as the literacy month, as they roll out cash prizes for the winners in their meeting venue at Ikeja, Lagos State.
At the close of submission of entries which was on Friday 25th September 2020, there were 251 students that participated but the best piece of write-ups stood the test of time to claim the coveted awards although all candidates will get an e-certificate of participation nonetheless.

14 students write up stood out in their modalities on how to make Nigerian great, and their articles were published on the official website of the club.
Only one participant joined the conversation online because he is at Minna state with his mum due to relocation hence the online participation alternative.
Following the successful presentation of Prize award, medals, and certificate to the top three winners, the Rotary Club president was full of praises and euphoric for his team, individual contributors who made the event possible.
He applauded, “Congratulations to the Rotary Club of Ikeja Alausa Chairman Project and her team for pulling this Essay competition through within a very short time.”
