The Ekiti State Sports Council has concluded arrangement to increase the number of Badminton Coaches in the state.
Chairman of the State Sports Council, Dr Isaac Ayodele told sportswriters in Ado Ekiti on Saturday that the step was one of the means of improving the game of Badminton in the state.
To this end, Ayodele said a three-day training for Sports Officers from the sixteen Local Government Areas, have been fixed for Wednesday, the 19th through Friday the 21st of August 2020.
The Sports Council boss explained that the training, billed for the Police Officers’ Mess, Ado Ekiti would afford the Sports Officers opportunities to form the League of Badminton Coaches in the state.
