Bursaspor of Turkey defender, Shehu Abdullahi has stepped up his recovery process, as he continues the battle to get back into action after copping an injury early last month.
Although he appears set to lose out of action in the remaining part of the year, sports247.ng gathered that Shehu is staying upbeat about his chances of getting fully back soon.
Shehu, though, did not put any particular set date on his expected return to action with his Turkish Super Lig club, as he took to social media to share a post about the steps he is taking towards full recovery.
The Sokoto-born defender hinted that it is a gradually process, as he must not force himself to move ahead of time, and expressed optimism that he is almost at a point he would be cleared to start playing again.
The fair-skinned midfielder-turned-right-back, who has starred for Sokoto United, Kano Pillars and Anothorsis Famagusta of Cyprus, posted: “Getting back gradually! Almost there.”
