Malmö FC striker Tayo Saliu Junior started the new season in the Swedish Sodra Gotaland in a bright note.
The consistent striker who ended the 2019/2020 football season as the club’ highest goal scorer with 10 goals, 7 assists and 2 man of the match awards from 16 appearances wasted no time to score in the 22nd minute.
It was the first match of the new season and Malmö FC were up against GIF NIKE . Both teams had hardly settled down when Tayo brought joy to the the home team.
The former Chykap int FC striker latched on to a 7 yards rebound to score a beauty of a goal.
The match ended 2 goals to 1 in favour of Malmö FC
