Nigeria and Pakistan go head to head on Scrabble

Nigeria and Pakistan will on Sunday face each other in a bilateral Scrabble show down.

The show down which will be online in Sunday, 7th June, 2020 kicks off by 9am Nigerian time.

Unveiling the squad of both teams via his Twitter handle, 14th undisputed World Scrabble Champion, Wellington Jighere said
“Scrabble finds a way!
COVID-19 brought us to a grinding halt globally but the internet came to our rescue via the instrumentality of the Internet Scrabble Club, ISC. Hopefully, this should be the first in the series. #littlebeginnings”

Wellington is the first African to win a world Scrabble competition.
