Nigerian forward, Yusuf Lawal is now a free agent after his club KSC Lokeren in Belgium announced bankruptcy with the immediate caution to dissolve all activities.
The ormer 36 Lion winger is now completly a free agent and could join any other club following his team, Sporting Club Lokeren inability to meet it financial obligations and that of other players inclusive.
The Belgian strugglers, Lokeren are reported to be owing debts estimated at 5 million euros ($5.3 million) with unpaid players wages and chargeable dues to suppliers.
Belgian Football Association has already withdrawn Lokeren professional licence earlier this month before the club chairman, Louis De Vries declared the club bankrupt situation due to debts and failure to attract investors.
Yusuf is however opened to pressing charges for owed wages and other benefits from his club.
