In so doing, the President, Authentic Nigeria Football Supporters Club, Prince Abayomi Ogunjimi has said that it’s a thing of joy to be recognized by the Confederation Of African Football, CAF. As a club meant for supporters, it’s a great development to be recognized, not only in the national and international front but also among football governing bodies.
In an interview in a Nigerian Football WhatsApp forum, Abayomi let use know through “Let’s Gist Naija”, that the club is delighted with the Confederation of Africa Football recognition while also targeting the FIFA recognition.
“It’s a thing of joy to be recognized by CAF and I thank my media team and everyone for their support. It shows we’re working hard”, Abayomi said. We’re pace setters. we would soon be recognized by FIFA and hopefully our hard work won’t stop”, Abayomi concluded.
