Nigeria Football Supporters Club has sent a congratulatory message to the Chairman of Enugu Rangers International Football club, Davidson Owumi, as he marks his birthday today, April 4th,2020.
In the message signed by the National Chairman of NFSC, Rev. Samuel Ikpea, it thanked God for adding another year to the life of the renowned football administrator. It also described the former chairman of the Nigerian football league board, who is fondly called Okada Air, during his playing days, as a very important key in the fortunes of Nigerian football.
” On behalf of the members of the NFSC, home and diaspora, we celebrate this astute and very resourceful football administrator on his birthday. We also a big thank you to God for His mercies upon his life and of course, adding another year to his blessed life in the land of the living.
” At this turbulent period when the world is being ravaged by a deadly desease, we must also celebrate the gift of life. Owumi, is one experienced and resourceful football administrator that is still expected to play a big role in the future fortunes of Nigerian football. And we pray that God will continue to guide, guard and bless him for the benefits of Nigerian football, ” he prayed.
