FCT Badminton Association chairman and board member of Nigeria Badminton Federation (NBF), Gabriel Gabyan has declared that the territory will be represented at the forthcoming open in Lagos.
Speaking to sports247.ng Gabyan stated that issues of funds will not be a hindrance for the FCT to present a team.
He boasted that his board members are very resourceful and people willing to develop the game, hence their acceptance of the need to participate at the Lagos Open no matter the situation.
Gabyan vowed: “Even if funds are not made available by the FCT administration, the association will do something to ensure our players make it.
“Come what may, we will be participating in the Nigeria Badminton Open holding in Lagos from the 13th of November.”
