Nigeria has produced great players and memorable games at the FIFA U-20 World Cup, but it is hard to believe that the country is still waiting for its first title at this level despite dominating the U-17 category, winning the tournament five times.
Nigeria might have not won this tournament, but the competition has helped the country to discover players who has excel at full international level.

Kingsley Michael has played for Nigeria in three categories already , the U-17, he was also part of U-23 set up that defeated Libya in U-23 AFCON qualifier back in March.

The captain of the team arguably needs no introduction, the exciting defender who just signed a deal with Maccabi Haifa of Israel is a modern day left full back, with a good attacking instinct.
Ikouwen Udoh came into the limelight after CHAN 2018 hosted in Morocco, where he won silver medal with the team. He has a lot of experience playing in the Nigeria Professional Football League for Eyimba international, before making his debut for the Super Eagles of Nigeria in friendly match against Egypt this year .
Ikouwen Udoh will be leading the team in Poland and he has a chance to be the first player to lead Nigeria to glory at this level. He is a one of the star of this year’s FIFA U-20 World Cup.
