Tanzania to open AFCON Camp soon

Head coach of Tanzania and former Super Eagles player, Emmanuel Amuneke has revealed that he will soon be opening his AFCON camp as he and the players look forward to making an impact at the continental showpiece.

 

 

Tanzania will be featuring at this year’s edition, and are housed in group C alongside Senegal, Algeria and Kenya

 

 

In a chat with Sports247, the former U17 World Cup winning Coach listed his plans as he looks to assemble a team that can hopefully go all the way in Egypt.

 

 

“Of course we need to prepare ourselves,  we will open camp very soon”.

 

 

” The league is ending by May, after the league, the players need to go and see their families and rest”

 

 

“Our thoughts and thinking go towards our preparation….its all about preparing the players from psychology to technical and tactical point so they can be prepared”.

 

 

“The reality of it is that we want to make something meaningful, we have to prepare”.
