Former Super Eagles defender, Ifeanyi Udeze, has again urged the Gernot Rohr led Super Eagles team not to underrate any of the Group B opponents in the forthcoming AFCON holding in Egypt.
The former West Bromwich Albion defender in a chat with Sports247 spoke on according respect to the other teams in the Group.
“Any team that qualified for the AFCON, you must respect them. Udeze stated.
“Its not fear of the teams, but you must be professional and play every team same way, otherwise, you could be down 1-0 to a team, and before you know it lose to them because you underrated them,” the onetime PAOK left back stressed.
The Super Eagles will be hoping to advance into the second round of the tournament from Group B alongside Guinea, Madagascar and Burundi.
