Bayelsa United head coach Ladan Bosso has set his sights on securing a continental ticket and even pushing for the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) title as the season enters its decisive phase.
Speaking confidently about his team’s ambitions, Bosso emphasized the importance of maximizing points in their remaining home fixtures.
“Why not? If we can get all our points in the remaining home matches, there’s every likelihood that we’ll get to the continent, even the league (title),” Bosso stated.
Bayelsa United have shown resilience in recent matches, and with the league’s competitive nature, every point will be crucial in determining their final standing. The Yenagoa-based club is eager to return to continental football, and their performances in the coming weeks will be pivotal.
With a strong finish to the season, Bosso’s belief in his squad could turn into reality, making Bayelsa United a team to watch as the NPFL campaign nears its climax.
