Nigerian full-back, Saleh Haruna, has secured a move to Greek club PAOK FC Thessaloniki on a one-and-a-half-year contract, with an option to extend for an additional year.
The talented left-back caught the eye of foreign scouts during the Unique Football Academy Scouting Program at Onikan Stadium, Lagos, in November 2023. His impressive individual performances earned him a spot on the radar of Diego Martins, who facilitated the deal with the Greek giants.
Haruna will now integrate into PAOK FC’s first-team training, marking the beginning of an exciting chapter in the Greek Super League.
PAOK FC currently sits fourth in the league standings, trailing leaders Olympiacos FC by seven points.
