LSFA State League Set for Draws, Venue Inspections, And Player Screening

All is now set for the draws, unveiling, and media parley of the Lagos State Football Association (LSFA) State League, as venue inspections and player screening begin on Friday, March 7, 2025.

According to a press release signed by Wale Joseph, Chief Executive Officer of the Lagos State League, the draws, unveiling, and media parley will take place on March 12, 2025, at the Teslim Balogun Stadium Sports Bar at 11 AM.

Meanwhile, player screening and venue inspections will kick off this Friday, starting with the Ikorodu Divisional Football Association.

The five divisional associations have been urged to fully cooperate, as the LSFA is committed to organizing a top-quality league. The league body has also issued a strict warning to the DFAs, emphasizing the importance of player screening and venue inspections, with zero tolerance for non-compliance.

As the countdown to the March 19, 2025 kickoff continues, the LSFA league body is set to meet on March 6 to finalize preparations.

LSFA Chairman Hajj Liameed Gafar and the board members have been working tirelessly to maintain Lagos State’s reputation as the pacesetter in Nigerian football.
