As the DSL 2025 Season 1 approaches, the league’s organisers have introduced newly designed referee uniforms for the upcoming campaign.
The unveiling ceremony took place , at the Dipo Dina International Stadium, Ijebu-Ode, where three new sets of referee kits were presented to the Chairman of the Ijebu-Ode Referees Society (IOFRS), Rtd. Ref. Akinola Aregbesola.
Expressing his appreciation, Aregbesola commended the league management for the initiative and reassured that referees would continue to officiate with firmness, fairness, and friendliness.
According to the organisers, this gesture aims to recognize the strong working relationship and unbiased officiating of match officials while also enhancing the visual appeal of the league.
Furthermore, the organisers encouraged referees to maintain their high standards and strive for continuous improvement in their officiating.
