The manager of Manchester United of England, Ruben Amorim has come out with a daring declaration and boast that he has what it takes to win the English Premier League title with The Red Devils.
Sports247 reports that, though United currently sit at a lowly 14th position on the EPL table and were knocked out of the FA Cup this past weekend by Calvin Bassey and Alex Iwobi’s Fulham, Amorim insists he is capable of leading them to the title during his stay at Old Trafford.

The former Sporting Lisbon of Portugal gaffer did not put any timeframe on when he hopes to win the title for Man U, but stressed that his achievements at a young age of 40 speak volumes about his acumen.
He recounted United’s rich history in the annals of English football and reckoned that what they achieved in the past with legends of the club could equally be reenacted by the current array of players in the red corner of Manchester.
“Our goal as a club and with the board is winning the Premier League title. We did it in the past with all the great glory and legends of this club. We now want to do better, and we know we are in a difficult moment. I am not naive, and that’s why I am here to coach at 40 years with Manchester United,” said Amorim.
He will now aim for a consolation of sort when his side tango Arsenal on Sunday in the EPL, as they stage an immediate bid to recoup some pride after last weekend’s FA Cup exit.
