Kwara United has received a cash motivation to beat Remo Stars in Ikenne, the Matchday 25 NPFL match slated for Thursday, Sports247 reports.
A sports agency named Alade Sports International has promised Kwara United players a cash donation of two hundred thousand naira (N200,000) incentive from the agency if they could claim a famous victory over Remo Stars in the mid-week fixtures of match day 25 of the Nigeria Premier Football League,NPFL which will be played at the Remo Stars Stadium on Thursday.
According to the management of Alade Sports, the incentive was to served as motivation to the players ahead of the cracker against Remo Stars in Ikenne.
The same agency motivated the Afonja Warriors with a sum of one hundred and fifty naira (N150,000) to defeat Shooting Stars last Wednesday.
The players delivered by stopping Shooting Stars 77 days of unbeaten run in the league by inflicting a 2-0 victory over 3SC which the agency have since redemmed their pledge.
The company explained that the gesture is due to the love for the state, unwavering support to the team and its relationships with Okaa Sports FC.
Remo Stars are on top of the log of the NPFL after 24 Match day with 48 points are yet to lose any match this season in Ikenne as the Remo Stars International Stadium is a fortress for the sky blue.
The match will kick off by 5:30 pm.
