The Ikon Allah Boys have returned to ABS Kaduna for their live home matches as scheduled by the league organizers.

Speaking exclusively to Tornadoes Media, Majin Mohammed acknowledged the challenge Plateau United poses but assured that his team is fully prepared for the encounter.

“We recognize the difficulties ahead, but we are ready. Plateau United will come with the mindset of getting a result, especially after we defeated them in Jos during the first round. However, we are well-prepared to take them on,” he affirmed.

Emphasizing the importance of mentality and squad readiness, Mohammed added, “No matter where we play, we believe in our ability to secure results. We do not fear any venue, and we always feel at home wherever we are.”

The Tornadoes coach also cautioned his players not to underestimate their opponents, stating, “Although Plateau United is struggling in the league standings, that does not make them an easy team to face. In fact, teams battling relegation can be even tougher to play against. We will approach this match with the same intensity as if we were facing the league champions.”

Addressing the impact of fan support, he reassured the Tornadoes faithful, saying, “We will miss our home support psychologically, but we have proven that we can earn points away despite challenging atmospheres. I trust that the Kaduna fans will continue to give us their full backing.”

With Niger Tornadoes seeking consistency and Plateau United fighting to avoid relegation, Sunday’s clash promises to be a thrilling and decisive battle.
