The NPFL Matchday 21 clash at Bako Kontagora Stadium, Minna, ended in dramatic fashion, with the Ikon Allah Boys claiming back-to-back wins, thanks to a stellar performance from Ifeanyi Okechukwu.
Reflecting on the victory, Majin said:
“I knew the match would be tough, considering our past encounters over the last two seasons. Last season, both games ended in draws, and we won the first leg this season in Ilorin. They came here aiming to get a result, but thankfully, we rose to the occasion and secured all three points.”
Next up for Niger Tornadoes is another North Central derby against Nasarawa United.
