Remo Stars midfielder, Tochukwu Michael, is optimistic ahead of his team’s Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) Matchday 21 midweek clash against Abia Warriors on Wednesday.
The highly anticipated encounter will take place at the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne, where Daniel Ogunmodede’s side will aim to maintain their position at the top of the league table with a victory over the in-form Abia Warriors.

Tochukwu Michael, who delivered an impressive performance in Remo Stars’ 2-1 away win over Akwa United last Sunday, expressed confidence in his team’s ability to secure a positive result.
“We are confident heading into this game,” Tochukwu said. “We have been putting in a lot of hard work during training, and we are ready to give our best on the pitch. Abia Warriors are a strong side, but we are prepared for the challenge.”
The midfielder also emphasized the team’s determination and focus on achieving their goals for the season.
“Our priority is to stay focused and determined to secure every possible point,” he added. “We take it one game at a time, step by step, until the end of the season.”
