Watford of England star, Isaac Success has declared that he and his teammates will turn their attention fully on this Saturday’s FA Cup clash with Crystal Palace, following last weekend’s loss to Manchester City.
Success got his ninth start of the season on Saturday at Etihad Stadium, but his efforts could not save The Hornets from slumping to their 11th loss of the season in the English Premier League.
However, sports247.ng can report that Success has already put the defeat behind him, as he is looking on the bright in expectation of victory in their upcoming English FA Cup fixture with Palace.
Success is picking positives from last weekend’s away effort, as Watford actually scored first, before eventually capitulating to a 3-1 defeat that was buoyed by Raheem Sterling’s hat-trick for the hosts.
The all-action Super Eagles striker, who has shaken off a recent bout with injury, but has failed to score in three straight matches for The Vicarage Road outfit, believes his side learnt well from the defeat.
He is now looking forward to a better result for eighth placed Watford this weekend, as he stated on social media that they are fully focused on the task ahead of them against The Eagles.
Success, hinted that his side will get a better result against Palace, as he stated: “A game to learn from, now let’s focus on FA Cup.”
