Leicester City manager Ruud van Nistelrooy has addressed the fitness status of Nigerian midfielder Wilfred Ndidi as the Foxes prepare to face Queens Park Rangers in the FA Cup at the King Power Stadium on Saturday.
Ndidi sustained an injury during Leicester’s 2-2 draw with Brighton & Hove Albion last December.
Van Nistelrooy revealed via the club’s official platform, “He’s continuing his individual training. He’s not yet back with the team but is pushing harder on a personal training level. We hope to have him return to team sessions in the coming weeks.”
