Honorable Victor Apugo, proprietor of Superstars Academy Nigeria, has been appointed as the first Chairman of the Technical Committee, Abia State Minifootball Association Chairman, and Executive Member.
This development was confirmed in a letter signed by David A. Adewoye, Secretary of the Nigeria National Minifootball Association.
The national body congratulated Chief Apugo, expressing their confidence in his ability to contribute significantly to the development of minifootball in Abia State and beyond.

In related news, Nigeria is set to participate in the 2025 Africa Minifootball Nations Cup, scheduled to take place in Libya from April 16 to 25.
The tournament will feature 16 countries, with Libya hosting the finals at the Derna Jewel International Stadium. This follows South Africa’s victory in the 2024 edition.
