A novelty match between Team Ikpeba, comprising retired Nigerian international football stars, and Ultimate Friends Club, will be played in honor of the late veteran journalist Dapo Sotunimi.

The match is scheduled to take place on December 20th, kicking off at 3:30 pm, following the quarterfinal games of the Victor Ikpeba Under 20 5-A-Side football challenge.
The star-studded Team Ikpeba includes notable players such as Ifeanyi Ekwueme, Victor Ezeji, Akpofure Ezekiel, Edema Fuludu, and others. Unfortunately, Sam Sodje, Joseph Eyimofe, and Onoriode Oborevwori will not be able to participate due to prior engagements.
Victor Ikpeba expressed his gratitude to the players for their participation and commended their conduct throughout the tournament.
He specially thanked Ifeanyi Ekwueme for his generous donation of five high-quality Bundesliga Select balls.
The Under 20 program will resume on December 20th, with matches commencing at 8:00 am to conclude the remaining group matches.
The event promises to be an exciting tribute to the late Dapo Sotunimi, who initiated the Victor Ikpeba 5-A-Side tournament.
