Ademola Lookman Snatches Late Winner For Atalanta, Extend Win Streak To Nine

Ademola Lookman scored an 87th minute header as Atalanta defeated AC Milan 2-1 on Friday in the Seria A, Sports247 reports.

The match which was played at the Gewes Stadium in Bergamo saw Atalanta hit their nine straight wins of the current season, with Ademola Lookman scoring his eight goals in twelve appearances of the season.

Ademola Lookman was named in the starting line up for Atalanta as
week 15 of the 2024/2025 Italian Serie A returned with the AC Milan face off and he didn’t disappointed with an all round great performance before he capped the night a goal.

In the other Serie A match played on Friday, Inter Milan defeated Roma by 3-1 while rivals Napoli Lazio on Sunday.

The result returns Atalanta to the top of the log, with 34 points leading Napoli with two points pending Napoli’s weekend game against Lazio on Sunday.

Lookman Ademola has been in a great scoring form for this season, he continued from where he stopped of which the highlight of his performance last season was the Hattrick he scored in the final of the Europa League against Bayern Leverkusen 3-0 in the final.
