Beyond Limits Football Academy product Adeshina Ibrahim Ayodele was an instant hit in his debut in the UEFA Youth League, playing for Lille U19 against Sporting Lisbon U19 on Tuesday, Sports247 reports.
The striker scored in the match played at the GD Stadium Aurelio Pereira, leading the attack line of Lille U19 in the opening match of the team in the 2024/2025 UEFA Youth League which ended 2-2 on Tuesday.

The former Beyond Limits goal poacher thought he had scored a winner for his side when be poked home to give Lille a 2-1 in the 62nd minute but the French side got pegged back in the eighth minute of the stoppage time, which denied Lille the maximum three points at stake.
Adeshina Ibrahim Ayodele lasted the whole minutes of the match and gave a good account of himself beyond just scoring one of the goals.
The Nigeria forward was one of the break out players at the last Viareggio Cup and Joined Lille during the summer transfer window on the backdrop of his outstanding performance in the competition in the colours of Beyond Limits Football Academy.
Adeshina scored five goals to help Beyond Limits Football Academy to win the competition hosted in Italy and attracted lots of interest from top European clubs before settling for Lille SC of France .
