The Nigeria U18 Women Basketball defeated their Uganda counterpart on Friday afternoon in the semi final of the 2024 FIBA U18 Women Afrobasket championship to book a spot at U 19 FIBA World Cup in Czechkia next year, Sports 247 reports.
It was a sweet revenge for the Nigeria ladies who lost to Uganda in the group stage of the competition but made the quarter finals of the championship as one the best two losers in the group stage.
