Akwa Ibom State female football team, Ibom Angels,are on break for the forthcoming Presidential election in the country this Saturday.
The club, which had her last training session on Thursday,at Uyo township stadium,is expected to reassemble on Monday.
Addressing players of the team,the head Coach of the club, Morufu Adeyemo, advised the players to exhibit their franchise during the election, adding that they should be of good behaviour during and after the election.
Ibom Angels gaffer, Adeyemo, appreciate the players in their tireless efforts during the training sessions, while appealing to them to avoid situations that might endangered their life and career during this political periods.
“I’m begging you people not to be in places that might result in trouble especially this elections time.If you are going to participate in the voting, just do it politely and go back to your houses to avoid unseen circumstances.”
Ibom Angels, are two times Aiteo cup runners up in 2017/2018 seasons.
