Barcelona Femeni of Spain attacker, Asisat Oshoala is sad, despite hitting two goals for her club, as they could not get a single point in their league fixture against Recreativo Huelva, sports247.ng reports.
Oshoala, who was on from the start, netted her second and third goals in only two matches so far from the Catalan club, which she joined on loan from Dalian Quanjian of China last month, but she admits being sad that her team still lost the game 3-2.
‘SuperDSee,’ who was on from the start and played for all 90 minutes, opened scoring for Barça in the 17th minute, helping her side ahead at half time, after which the three time African Women Footballer of the year struck again in the 84th minute.
Dramatcially, earlier on, Oshoala scored her first goal after hitting the cross bar with her first shot on target in the Primera Division Spanish Women’s League fixture.
However, it was not as rosy an end as when Oshoala scored on her debut appearance, when her team won away to Rayo Vallecano on Sunday.
Oshoala was left bitter-sweet in her second match for The Catalans, as Huelva roared back in the second-half and took all three points with goals by Amih Raquel, Georgina Anita and Fernando Bonsegundo.
Both sizzlers, starting and ending the game, took Oshoala’s tally to three goals in two games, but she also got a yellow card to show for her efforts, as her side lost for the first time this season in the League and ended a four game winning streak.
