6th Adamu Yola Gombe South Unity Cup: Eddy-X to perform at opening ceremony
Up and coming Nigerian artist Jibrin Bappa Wayas also known as Eddy-X, is set to energize the atmosphere at the opening ceremony cum kick-off of the 6th Adamu Yola Gombe South Unity Cup today at the Olusegun Obasanjo Stadium, Kaltungo as from 3:00pm.
Eddy-X, is a hip-hop/R n B singer; a native of Kaltungo LGA and a final year Sociology student of University of Maiduguri, Borno state.
Eddy-X joined the entertainment industry as a choreographer, but later switched gear to a performing music artist in 2015, dropping mind blowing songs like “Hoping for good” the same year 2015 and the hit song “Arewa” that punched the Beat collaboration IHM Awards in 2016, with so much recognition in the state and beyond.
There’s no doubt, the atmosphere at Olusegun Obasanjo Stadium, Kaltungo, this afternoon will be full of energy laced with electrifying action.
